What you rent, and what you can add

What the rental covers

The daily rate covers rental of the unit. Everything else is chargeable and quoted once we know the event.

Included: the HoloBox 911 unit

An 86-inch transparent 4K panel in a 7-foot floor unit, with 10-point touch across the whole panel and an onboard PC, so content plays without the internet.

Chargeable: content preparation

We can prepare the holographic content, set up the AI avatar or the live stream, test it and load it onto the unit before the show.

Chargeable: delivery and set-up

The unit arrives flight-cased. For Hitachi's event in New Delhi, set-up took an afternoon, not a week.

Chargeable: on-site support

Before the doors open, we can run a positioning check on the booth or stage, so the unit is ready when the first visitors arrive.

Content options

Three things a rented HoloBox can do

The hardware stays the same. What changes is the content you put in it and what you want the room to do.

Live beam-in

A speaker in another city or country appears life-size and takes questions from the room. GrowthSchool founder Vaibhav Sisinty joined TechHR India 2026 this way, with two-way audio.

AI avatar

A life-size avatar that answers visitors aloud from material you approve. At Maruti Suzuki's MQFC 2.0 it took unscripted questions in English and Japanese, and ACT21 Software used one to present its BFSI products at Global Fintech Fest. More on AI avatars.

3D product hologram

Your product at full size, floating in the glass. Fluidra showed an Olympic pool at SFI Expo 2026, two units showed fine jewellery at COUTURE INDIA 2026, and Shahi Exports ran a holographic runway at Bharat Tex 2026.

Logistics

Built to travel from show to show

  • A 7-foot floor unit, shipped flight-cased and delivered across India and abroad.
  • No specialist crew needed to run it: the HoloBox 911 app uploads content, starts live streams and switches modes.
  • Glasses-free and visible in a lit hall: Shahi Exports ran it for four days on the Bharat Tex 2026 floor.
  • Self-contained, with an onboard PC that plays content locally. Space, power and network needs depend on the experience, for example a live beam-in, and we confirm them with the event team before installation.

How to book

From enquiry to show day

1. Tell us the show

Send the event, the venue, the dates and whether the unit goes on a booth or a stage. Rental is subject to the event's requirements and availability.

2. Choose the content

A live beam-in, an AI avatar, a 3D product or a mix. For an avatar, you provide the event or business material it should answer from.

3. We prepare and test

If you add content from us, content preparation, avatar set-up, testing and loading all happen before the unit leaves for the venue.

4. Show day

The unit is placed, positioned and checked before the doors open. Our team can stay on site through the show, at extra charge.
