What the daily rate covers
The rate covers rental of the HoloBox 911 unit: an 86-inch transparent 4K panel in a 7-foot floor unit, with 10-point touch across the panel and an onboard PC. Content plays without the internet, and no specialist crew is needed to run it.
What is charged separately
- Delivery and set-up. The unit ships flight-cased, across India and abroad. For Hitachi's event in New Delhi, set-up took an afternoon.
- Content. We can prepare the holographic content, set up an AI avatar or a live stream, test it and load it before the show. If you already have content, tell us and we will check it.
- On-site support. A positioning check before the doors open, and our team on site through the show if you want it.
What changes your budget
- Number of days: the rate is per day, so a one-day launch and a five-day trade show cost differently.
- City and venue: these set the delivery and set-up cost.
- What it shows: a live beam-in, an AI avatar and 3D products each need different preparation. An avatar also needs the event or business material it should answer from.
- Support on the day: whether you run it yourself or want our team there.
Rent or buy?
