This policy explains what personal information Metaverse911 (AXRVERSE GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED) collects through metaverse911.in, our enquiry forms, WhatsApp and email, and visits to our Experience Centers, and how we use and protect it. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 in mind.
Who we are
Metaverse911 is the trading name of AXRVERSE GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (GST 09ABBCA0066H1ZX), Tower IS7, Urbtech Trade Centre, IS700, Block B, Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. We decide how and why your personal information is used, so we are the "data fiduciary" for it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in an enquiry form, book a visit or write to us, we collect what you enter: usually your name, company, work email, phone number, the solution you are interested in and your message. With each form we also record your IP address, the page you sent it from and the time.
Information from your visit to the website. Our web server records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. Google Analytics collects usage information, described under Cookies and analytics.
Visits and events. If you visit an Experience Center or attend one of our events, we may record your name and company for the guest list. If photos or videos are taken at an event, we will say so at the event.
How we use it
When you send a form. Your details are emailed to our sales team, at three company mailboxes, and saved in a private file on our web server that cannot be reached from the web. We use them to reply, to follow up on your enquiry and to keep a record of it. Requests that look automated are kept in a separate private file and are not emailed. Google Analytics also records that a form was sent, with the name of the form and the interest you chose, and when a phone, WhatsApp or email link is clicked. It does not receive your name, email, phone number or message.
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or a visit, and send the proposal or information you asked for.
- To deliver and support projects we agree with you or your company.
- To send you updates about our work and events, but only if you have asked for them. You can stop them at any time by emailing sales@metaverse911.rs.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
Consent and lawful use
We use your personal information because you gave it to us for a clear purpose (for example, sending an enquiry), or where the law allows it without consent, such as meeting legal obligations. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing sales@metaverse911.rs. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Hostinger, which hosts this website, stores saved enquiries and sends our enquiry emails.
- Google, for business email (Google Workspace) and website analytics (Google Analytics). Google Maps receives your details only if you choose to load the map on the Experience Center or contact page.
- Other suppliers we use to deliver a project you have asked for, under confidentiality terms.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
Where it is stored
Some of our service providers store or process data outside India. Where that happens, we use providers that protect it to a standard at least as high as this policy, and we follow any restrictions set by the Government of India.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact details while we need them to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows, and for any period the law requires (for example, for tax records). Enquiries stay in the private file on our web server and in our team's mailboxes. We have not yet set a fixed deletion period, and nothing is deleted automatically at present. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below. We will update this section when a period is set.
How we protect it
The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries and client data is limited to the people who need it. Metaverse911 is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 for information security. No system is completely secure, so if we become aware of a breach that affects your personal information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to delete it, where we no longer need it or you withdraw consent;
- withdraw consent you have given;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to; and
- raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are read and how people arrive. It starts when a page loads, without a separate consent step. It sets cookies and sends usage data, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, to Google. The website also stores a few settings in your browser, such as your light or dark theme. Our Cookie policy lists every cookie and setting and explains how to turn them off.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.
Links to other sites
This website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp and news articles about us. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
