Summary
ASKA is an Indian group with over 40 years of experience in fire safety, rescue technology and emergency lighting. For its booth at the India HSE Summit, we built three hands-on experiences: a gamified fire safety simulation played with real ASKA extinguishers, a 3D product app on tablets, and an AR experience for ASKA’s light towers.
Together they turned the booth from a product display into a place where visitors took part.
The brief: show fire safety through experience, not just display
The India HSE Summit brings together health, safety and environment professionals, government officials, industry leaders and technology companies. ASKA wanted its booth to stand out at the event.
The goal was to move away from a conventional product showcase and let visitors experience fire safety for themselves, so they would remember ASKA’s products and what they can do.

What we built
1. Gamified IoT fire safety simulation
We designed realistic 3D fire scenarios set in a factory and in a house, with visitors playing the role of first responders. Sensors fitted to real ASKA fire extinguishers let players use the extinguishers to fight the fire in the simulation, in real time.
Every action was tracked and scored, and the scores appeared on a live leaderboard on a large LED screen. The game taught the right way to respond to a fire while showing what ASKA’s products can do.

2. Tablet product app
We developed a custom tablet app that works as a digital catalogue for ASKA’s fire extinguishers and light towers. Users can rotate, zoom and explore each product in 3D from every angle.
It gave ASKA’s sales team an interactive way to walk prospects through the range without bringing bulky physical samples.

3. AR light tower experience
A dedicated AR experience featured ASKA’s light tower range. Visitors could view the light towers in augmented reality, see key features overlaid on the product, and watch the towers working in simulated real-world conditions, all from the booth.

The technology behind it
- IoT sensor integration with real fire extinguishers
- 3D product visualisation
- Augmented reality (AR)
- Gamification design
- Custom app development
- Large-format LED display for the leaderboard
How it worked on the day
Each experience was designed to turn visitors from spectators into participants. They picked up real extinguishers and competed on the leaderboard, explored products on the tablets with the sales team, and viewed the light towers in AR. The live leaderboard kept the atmosphere competitive on the show floor.
Results
- Visitors learned fire response by using ASKA’s own extinguishers, not by reading about them.
- ASKA’s sales team had a portable 3D catalogue of extinguishers and light towers.
- The light tower range was shown in working conditions that could not be recreated on a booth.
About the solution
HoloFan holographic displays
HoloFan holographic displays show a product, logo or animation floating in mid-air, using a spinning LED fan. They suit booths and lobbies where space is small or the product is too big or too valuable to bring.
- 360-degree product view as a floating 3D hologram
- HoloFan holographic walls for larger booths and lobbies
- Can be combined with touch screens and games

Product visualisation in AR
Scan a QR code or marker with a phone or tablet and your product appears in the real room at actual size. Your sales team carries the full product range in their pocket, at the booth, in the dealer showroom or at the customer's plant.
- 1:1 scale products placed on the floor or table
- Feature hotspots, animations and spec sheets
- Works on any modern phone or tablet
