What the demo shows
We built a private large language model (LLM) with an XR interface for a pharma company’s sales team. It brings all the company’s product brochures together and adds interactive AI avatars to its existing sales training, inside its existing learning management system (LMS).

The AI is trained on the company profile, FAQs, service portfolio, product portfolio, sales scripts and training content. Sales associates ask questions by voice or text and get instant guidance, including during calls, in multiple languages.
Who it is for
Pharma and healthcare sales leaders and trainers who need representatives to know a portfolio of 200+ products and pitch them confidently to doctors.
How it works
AI Dermat, a role-play avatar
AI Dermat acts as a virtual dermatologist. Sales representatives pitch products to it, and it asks follow-up questions about products and procedures just as a real dermatologist would. It then analyses each answer for accuracy and completeness, gives feedback for improvement and tracks progress over time.
AI Assistant
The AI Assistant replaces the chatbot in the existing LMS. Representatives ask it anything about the product line-up, and it guides them through product knowledge, procedure explanations and Q&A sessions.
Tracking and motivation
- An analytics dashboard tracks each person’s time spent with the AI
- A leaderboard ranks representatives on training performance, with badges and certificates for top performers based on time spent pitching to AI Dermat
- Scenarios are tailored to product lines, sales situations and client objections
Where it is used
In the pharma company’s sales training, where it is meant to help in three areas:
- Knowledge retention: repeated, targeted simulations improve long-term product recall.
- Early view of training needs: analytics and answer evaluations highlight skill gaps, so coaching can start sooner.
- Real-life practice: role play and Q&A build confidence before real sales calls.
