What the demo shows

A VR digital twin of a hotel. Guests explore its venues in VR and can share the tour in real time with friends and family in other locations, so a group can discuss and decide together.

Event planners use the same model to design and visualise event layouts in 3D, adjust them easily and try several options quickly. AI handles measurements and visualisations.

Who it is for

Hotel sales and events teams, event planners choosing between venues, and their guests. The same tool suits retail layouts and interior design.

How it works

  • Live showarounds: a hotel sales representative guides a prospective client through the digital twin, explaining and answering questions as they go.
  • AI chatbot: built into the digital twin, it answers questions instantly and suggests venues and accommodation.
  • Lead analyser and qualifier: the platform captures each client’s journey through the venue, showing what interested them. Hotels use this to qualify leads and tailor offers.
  • Layout insights: AI analyses the data to suggest better use of space and layouts.

Fewer site visits and manual changes mean faster planning and fewer costly late changes.

Where it is used

Royal Orchid Hotels, India

Royal Orchid Hotels used the venue visualiser for virtual tours and detailed event planning. Guests and event planners explored banquet halls, lawns and lobbies remotely, and the 3D visualiser supported event planning.

Other uses

  • Retail: store layouts, product placement and virtual storefronts
  • Event management: assessing several venues virtually and planning the space for each event
