Summary

Ralson Tyres, an Indian-origin tyre brand, asked us for 3D animated product videos for its digital channels in India and the United States. We produced a suite of 3D films for YouTube and Instagram that show the tyres' engineering and performance on roads, highways and rough terrain, without a film crew or location shoot.

The brief

Ralson needed videos that showed the engineering, performance and quality of its tyres, looked premium, and suited each platform, while staying technically accurate and true to the brand. The content had to work for both Indian and American audiences.

What we built

We designed and delivered a set of 3D product animation videos for Ralson's digital channels.

Hero product shots

Tyres rendered in 3D, rotating and floating in controlled settings with photorealistic lighting, reflections and shadows, made to catch attention in a social feed.

Technical detail

Exploded views and close-up renders of the tread design and internal engineering, showing detail that photography cannot capture.

Two markets, one brand

The tone, setting and pacing were adapted for Indian and American viewers, while keeping one brand identity across both.

Made for each platform

Longer storytelling videos for YouTube and short reels for Instagram, for both organic posts and paid campaigns.

Ralson Tyres brand challenge, competing in visual commerce era

How we made it

  • Discovery: sessions on Ralson's product range, brand positioning, campaign goals and audiences in both markets, which set the creative direction.
  • Concept and storyboards: hero moments, camera moves, lighting and story arcs planned for YouTube and Instagram before any modelling began.
  • 3D modelling: accurate models capturing every tread detail, material texture and engineering feature.
  • Animation and post-production: sequences rendered on urban roads, highways and terrain, with particle simulations and colour grading, each setting chosen to show how the tyre performs.
  • Delivery: final files in the formats and specifications YouTube and Instagram need, ready to upload or use in paid media.

Results

Ralson Tyres now has a premium video library for its digital channels in both markets. 3D let us show the tyres in motion on rain-slicked mountain roads and sunlit highways with no film crew, location permits or weather delays.

Because the assets are built in 3D, colours, angles and features can be updated later without a reshoot, and the same models can be used for TV, the website or showroom displays.
